When can I return/ replace my product?

  • Raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery. In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 24hrs from the time of delivery.
  • Nascens will take 2 working days to review your return request.
  • If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you would need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner to Nascens Enterprises Pvt. Ltd , G-111, Kailash Industrial Complex, Vikroli West, Mumbai. Nascens will reimburse the courier charges.
  • After the product is received, Nascens will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. .  The same should reflect in your bank account within 3-4 working days from the date of processing of your refunds. Please note that replacement would depend upon the stock availability.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing products

Under what conditions return/ replacement request will not be accepted?

  • Opened/used/altered products
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
  • The return/replacement request is generated after 4 days from the date of delivery
  • The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

When can I request for Refund:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, you will get the money in your account within 7 working days from the date of approval. The same should reflect in your bank account within 3-4 working days from the date of processing of your refunds.

When can I cancel my order?

  • If you discover you have made a mistake with your Order after we have sent the Order Acceptance or you change your mind and wish to cancel your Order, please contact us immediately at connect@nascens.com Please note that we are unable to change your Order after it has been selected for dispatch. Normally, we process the order for dispatch within 4 hrs from receiving the order.
  • Once cancellation is approved, we will process your refund within 7 working days.  The same should reflect in your bank account within 3-4 working days from the date of processing of your refunds.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
